Arsenal is Sun City Musical Arts’ drum and bugle corps. Arsenal DBC competes in Drum Corps International (DCI), currently in the Sound Sport division. This summer marching ensemble features performers on brass, color guard, percussion, and conductors. Arsenal is El Paso’s first and only drum corps

Arsenal was established in Albuquerque, New Mexico and had its debut season in 2018. In 2019, Arsenal moved to El Paso, Texas. After several successful seasons, Arsenal was acquired under the SCMA umbrella in 2023.

Arsenal DBC is looking to compete in DCI’s Open Class in the near future. They are currently competing locally and regionally. This ensemble serves as another opportunity for students in the Southwest to perform and improve themselves all around.
